If the above steps did not help, this may indicate that you have international roaming blocked. You can disable this block yourself in the Play24 app under „Pakiety” > „Roaming” tab, or by contacting our customer service.

Lost internet connection in the EU
In our plans, we provide data packages for use within EU roaming. The available data volume depends on the plan you choose. At any time, you can check how many GB of EU roaming data you have left – simply enter and confirm the code *800# on your phone’s keypad.
You can also purchase an additional EU data package. Available packages can be checked on the EU Data Package page or in the Play24 app under the „For You” > „Pakiety” > „Za granicą” section.

Lost internet connection outside the EU
We will block data transmission if you reach the €50 limit (approximately 258 PLN) for each of your phone numbers during a billing period. If you are a Subscriber of multimedia Services, the block will be applied after spending 240 PLN.
You can renew the limit or use the internet without restrictions by responding to the SMS we send with information about your limit threshold. We will renew or remove the limit on your number – this also applies to future billing periods.
