How can I activate the package?

1. Choose the package from the table

   If you still don’t have a prepaid SIM card in Play, buy a SIM card starter kit and register your number or transfer your number to Play

2. Turn on the data package in the Play24 app or by dialling the code

   Use the Play24 app or activate the given package by dialling the code – you will find the code in the table.

3. Wait for a text message with the activation confirmation

   It generally takes a few minutes – or up to 24 hours. As soon as you receive the text, you can start using the package.

4. Check how many minutes and GB are left
