Ken Campbell has more than twenty-five years of experience in the telecom industry. He has served in CEO and senior executive roles with telecom operators in North America, North Africa and Europe.
Most recently, Ken Campbell was a Partner with PMP Strategy (London) and the Chairman of Canadian B2B operator, Terago. He has also served as a Non-Executive Director of Octotel a South African FTTH player and as a Director of Upstream Systems, a PE-backed mobile commerce company serving emerging markets.
He is the Co-Founder of Mobile Klinik, Canada’s leading smartphone repair network, which was sold to Canadian operator Telus in 2020.
In addition, Ken Campbell has served as Managing Director of Moroccan operator, INWI and was the CEO of Ooredoo Tunisia. He was also founding CEO of Canadian operator, WIND Mobile (now Freedom Mobile) and the CEO of private equity backed Bite Group in Lithuania and Latvia. He has also served in executive leadership roles for Vodafone (Romania), Orascom Telecom and Orange (Egypt).
Ken Campbell began his career with the management consultancy, A.T. Kearney in Washington, DC.
He holds a Master of Business Administration from London Business School in London, UK and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours Economics) from Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada.

Mikkel Noesgaard has been a member of Play's Board and Executive Committee since 2019. He has over 15 years of international experience in sales, marketing and business development in the technology and telecommunications sectors. Prior to joining Play, he spent eight years at the Telenor group, as CEO of CBB Mobile in Denmark and then Chief Marketing Officer of Telenor Serbia and Montenegro. He is also the co-founder of Cardlay, an award-winning Danish fintech company offering software for the financial sector. Mikkel holds a Master's degree in Business Management and Computer Science from the Copenhagen Business School in Denmark.

Beata Zborowska has been a member of the Management Board and Executive Committee of Play since 2021 and has 25 years of experience in managing financial and administrative areas. Before joining Play, she gained her professional experience, m.in in the IT (Ergo Group), energy (Energia dla Firm), telecommunications (Virgin Mobile Polska, Exatel, Polkomtel) and FMCG sector (Unilever Polska).
She is a graduate of the European University Viadrina in Germany and holds a Master's degree in Business Administration (1998). She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and holds the designation of Associated Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA) and Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA).

Michał Ziółkowski has been a member of the Management Board of Play since 2018 and a member of the Executive Committee since 2021. He started his career at Lucent Technologies, and in 2006 he joined the P4 project, which he implemented for the then co-owner of Play, the operator Netia. As part of the project, he was responsible for the implementation of the transmission network for mobile telephony base stations.
He joined Play in 2009, where he was responsible for the development of the transmission network and inter-operator cooperation. The migration of the transmission network to the ALL IP standard was the first project of this type on the Polish telecommunications market. He has participated in many of the company's strategic projects related to mobile and fixed networks, data centers, audiovisual services, OTT television, network security and acquisitions. Together with his team, he designed and implemented the largest in the company's history and one of the most dynamic and demanding processes of mobile network expansion in Poland.
Michał Ziółkowski is a graduate of the Poznan University of Technology in the field of Electronics and Telecommunications. He holds an Executive Master of Business Administration degree from the Warsaw University of Technology Business School. He also completed the IESE advanced management program of the University of Navarra.

Ewa Zmysłowska has been a member of Play's Management Board since January 2024 and a member of Play's Executive Committee since 2021. She actively participated in strategic projects that had a significant impact on the development of the Play Group, including the process of merging and shaping one organization after the formal merger of Play and UPC. As part of the P4 Group, she is also a member of the Supervisory Board of 3S DC SA and a member of the Management Board of the Freedom of Choice Foundation – a partner of the free coding academy 42 Warsaw.
She has been associated with the HR area for over 20 years. Prior to joining Play, she held the position of Human Capital Director at PwC, and also gained experience as a Recruitment Lead at Microsoft in Poland and Central Europe and in boutique consulting companies specializing in the area of human resources. She is a graduate of European Studies at the Faculty of Law of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and the Warsaw School of Economics, where she completed the European Studies Programme implemented as part of the cooperation between the Warsaw School of Economics and Sciences-Po in Paris. He is a certified ICC Coach.

Michał Gramatnikowski has been a member of the Play Executive Committee since 2021. He has extensive experience in managing customer service processes in the telecommunications and financial sectors. He was responsible for optimizing customer service and support processes. Prior to joining Play, he worked at T-Mobile Polska, where he built the customer service strategy and organization from scratch, was responsible for sales and customer retention in remote channels, and coordinated international projects. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Geology at the University of Warsaw, postgraduate Executive MBA studies at the University of Quebec in Montreal (UQAM) and at the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH) and a managerial program at the London Business School (LBS). In his free time, he enjoys cycling and reading.

Rafał Sidorowicz has been a member of the Play Executive Committee since 2021. He is a manager with over 20 years of experience, managing multi-level sales structures in international groups such as Germanos, Novator and recently iliad. Rafał has been associated with the telecommunications and retail market for many years. Together with his team, he has won many prestigious awards in sales competitions organized by industry associations.
Rafał Sidorowicz is a graduate of the Faculty of Management at the University of Gdańsk. He also completed postgraduate studies in Communication, PR and Marketing at the Eugeniusz Kwiatkowski School of Business and Administration in Gdynia and the advanced managerial program IESE Business School of the University of Navarra. He likes to spend his free time with his family, relax actively, travel and learn new things.

Małgorzata Zakrzewska joined Play in 2005 and has been a member of the Executive Committee since April 2021, as well as the president of the Freedom of Choice Foundation – a strategic partner of the 42 Warsaw coding academy. At Play, she is responsible for corporate communications, public and government affairs, institutional relations and ESG. Before joining Play, she coordinated the activities of the Merrill Lynch branch in Warsaw. She also served as a member of the ECTA board and actively participates in the activities of Polish chambers and associations of telecommunications and commerce. Currently, he is a member of the Council for Digitization – an advisory body at the Ministry of Digital Affairs. Małgorzata holds a degree in Political Science, studied Media and Communication at UNSW in Sydney, Australia, and is a graduate of the International Baccalaureate at the United World College of South East Asia, Singapore.
