In a sales point
Visit one of our Play salons or partner stores. Bring your ID and phone, along with the SIM card you want to register.
With the help of a letter carrier

Step 1
Give your letter carrier your telephone and the SIM card or PUK you wish to register.

Show the letter carrier your ID to confirm your details.

Insert the SIM card into your phone and start using it.
At the bank
If you are a client of Millenium bank, you can register your card via the bank's website. All you have to do is log in to your account.
How do I register another number in Play?
Via text message
Send a text message to 676.
The message should consist of:
- ZAREJESTRUJ
- the telephone number you wish to register
- your PUK
E.g.: ZAREJESTRUJ 790123456 12345678

Who can register a number?
A person who is at least 13 years of age and has an ID or a passport. If an underage
person does not have such documents, she or he can come with an adult and register
the number with the adult’s document.

I have a number in a different network, can I register it in Play?
You can transfer a number which has been registered in Orange, T-Mobile, Plus, or
another network, to Play at no cost. Just come to our Store, give the registered
number’s data, transfer the number to Play and receive a bonus

300. It’s a special Play helpline. It is free of charge for Play Customers,
other Users pay for calls in accordance with the operator’s tariff.
May I receive information on promotions from Play?
Yes. During registration you can agree to have information about services and
promotions sent to you by Play.
Who will store my data?
Data which you give during registration of the number will be stored in Play. Same
as in the case of personal data of persons who signed a Telecommunication Services
Provision Agreement with Play. Your data are safe and protected in accordance with
the Act on data protection.
